ART application fees increased from 1 July 2026: migration review now $3,727

The Administrative Review Tribunal's annual CPI fee increase took effect on 1 July 2026, including a higher fee to review a migration decision.

  • Review of a reviewable migration decision: $3,727. A 50% reduction may be granted on financial hardship grounds.
  • Review of a reviewable protection decision: $2,293, generally payable only if the application is unsuccessful.
  • Standard application fee and Guidance and Appeals Panel fee: $1,195.
  • The concessional fee stays at $100.
  • New fees apply to any fee paid on or after 1 July 2026, even if the application was lodged earlier.
