1. What InviteRadar is

InviteRadar is a free website that presents official Australian skilled visa data, news summaries and tools. It provides general information only and is not migration or legal advice. Please read our disclaimer.

2. Using the site

• You may use InviteRadar for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to it.
• Please don’t copy large parts of the site, run automated scraping or crawling that puts load on it, or republish our pages, summaries or design as your own. Normal search engine indexing is welcome.
• Don’t try to interfere with the site’s security or operation.

3. Content and licences

The website design, text, summaries and calculations are owned by InviteRadar. Government data shown on the site stays under its original licence. Home Affairs data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia and SkillSelect EOI data under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. You can get that data from the original sources listed on our data and methodology page. These terms don’t restrict your rights under those licences.

4. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Official government sources take priority over anything shown here.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, InviteRadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, for example before launching paid features. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Paid features will come with their own terms that you’ll see before you pay.
